Under Win 2000, how can I determine the last time a file was accessed?

Using Windows Explorer, if I rt-clk/properties, I always get the current
time.

How can I do using Explorer or DOS or some other means?

Thanx.

I just answered my own question:

in Explorer, View/Choose Columns/Accessed
