Exploer shuts down without notice

Hi!Everytime I try to use a webpage with its own search-option like the
journeyplanner on tfl.gov.uk my exploer window shuts down without even a
warning. I've tried turning off my internet security package and the window's
own firewall and ensured Active X and Applets are enabled but still no joy.
PLease help, it's driving me crazy. Thank you

Lots of causes of this, including viruses. Have you done a full scan for
viruses and spyware with up-to-date anti-virus and spyware detection
software?

Thank you for your post. I've just ran a full system scan with Norton
antivirus updated this morning, and it 's found nothing. Is there anything
else I can do?
