experiencing error re: outlook won't respond. exchange server ema.

When I close , Microsoft outlook it minimises to the taskbar. When I try to
reopen by receive a message saying. Outlook is not responding , if you're
using an exchange server e-mail account using cancelled pending server
requests by clicking the outlook by column in the notification area , and
then click cancels server requests on the shortcut menu.

I've been looking into this issue - a client is having the same
problem. I'm finding some information pointing to a conflict with
WinFax - do you have that software on your system?
