Exchange server side rules help

Hi Everyone!

I've just configured our Exchange server to archive all mails to a
specific mailbox. The business need is , however, to only keep those
that come from or go to the Internet, so I should somehow delete the
internal ones. I tried to create rules that satisfy these criteria,
but couldn't. Is there any attribute that identifies a local message?
Or is there any other way to do it?
any help is appreciated.

The one I've used is to look for "@" in the email address. Probably not perfect, but as close as you can get with a simple rule.
