Exchange Calendar Update Tool - "Don't send a response"

I have been testing the Exchange Calendar Update Tool to fix calendar entries
affected by DST 2007. Here's what I've discovered:

1) When running the tool an update notice for every meeting owned by a
mailbox is sent to the meeting attendees. This could generate a large number
of messages.

2) When the meeting attendees receive the update notice they must accept
the update or the meeting disappears from their calendar.

3) Is there any way to configure Outlook to always select the radio button
"Don't send a response" when an attendee accepts a meeting? This would save
alot of email being generated to the meeting organizer. I've looked at the
Outlook PRF functionality and I don't see how I could set the option to not
send a response when accepting a meeting.
