A limited user on my XP system is getting the following pop up message -
"An exception occurred while trying to run fldrclnr.dll,wizard_runDLL".
This apparently has something to do with the desktop cleanup program, as the
user has to click on "restore Active Desktop" to get their desktop picture.
The user cannot run the desktop cleanup wizard.
HOWever, the user also can no longer right click on the Start button and
user Explorer. A popup window says Explorer has encountered an error and
must shut down.
Are the two errors related? No other user has any problems running explorer
or the desktop cleanup wizard.
How can this be fixed? Thanks!
