while opening the old .xls file the office2003 complian " spreadsheet require
Microsoft excel version 7 or later"

If some one had experince this issue, Please let me know. The above .xls
file use the macro

After it comes up with that message, is there an OK button or are there other
buttons? If there is an OK button, does the file open after clicking OK?

Did you create the file or did someone else create it, or was it obtained
from a third-party?
