excel work sheet sent to me via email will only print the grid not the names

You're asking in the wrong place. This group is for Microsoft Access, not
Excel. Please scroll down the list of subject areas to the one for Excel.
When you post, please describe in more detail what you're receiving - is it
an Excel Workbook, or something else?
