Is there anyway to compare 2 spreadsheets and find the
differences?

One way is to save both spreadsheets as plain text using
File >> Save as
with "Save as type" equal to CSV.

Open one CSV file in MS-Word, and then use Word's
Tools >> Track changes >> Compare documents
feature to find the difference with the second CSV file.
