Excel for windows functions don't work in Excel for Mac- any solut

I have a spreadsheet dont in Excel for Windows and it has lots of rather
complicated functions. when I open the file in Excel for Mac I get lots of
error messages and I determined that Excel for Mac is missing lots of
functions that Excel for Windows has. Is there any way to add functions to
Excel for Mac?

have you installed the Analysis Toolpak Addin?
Also post which functions are missing
