Excel 2010

Hi, I am new to the forum so hope this question has been put in the right place. In previous versions of Excel I have been able to insert a Calendar control via the Insert object option. So far I have been unable to find a way of doing this in Excel 2010, does anyone know of a simple solution to this?

click on the insert option and then try i have not use 2010 latest edition but i am just giving you an idea may be your problem should solve through it
