As a treasurer for a church I use a large spreadsheet to keep my accounts for
each year. At the end of the year I start a new spreadsheet. Is there a quick
way of removing all the figures from the spreadsheet, and just leaving the
formula?
Usually I copy the spreadsheet at the end of the year, then I have to slowly
go throught the spreadsheet and remove all the credits and debits.
Surley there is a quicker way?

Do your removal one time and then Save As a template. For more help with
Excel, post in its newsgroup, microsoft.public.excel.
