Excel 2007 error when closed - msvcrt.dll

Hello All
Maybe someone have experience with similar problem - any suggestion
appreciated.
Ms Office Excel 2007 Pro, fresh install on WIndows Xp sp3. Updated fully.
Each time person need to close Excel, it crush an require send Data to
Microsoft. No response, only "Please update" stuff.
Error in Event viewer tell about faulting module msvcrt.dll.
Any ideas?
