Excel 2007 does not recognize printer. Word 2007 does

I have an associate that can print succesfully to an HP K5400 Color printer
through XP, Word 2007, Outlook 2007, and PowerPoint 2007. Excel 2007 states
that it does not recognize the printer. I have already replaced Excel12 and
still have the same results.
