One of my users is on Excel 2003 and receives emails with spreadsheets

one and tried to save it to our network drive, Excel crashed. This is
what appeared in the event log. Any suggestions?

(For the record, she had Outlook and a SQL-based custom application
open at the same time. 512 MB of RAM.)

Hi Camwyn,
THis morning when she double-clicked on
one and tried to save it to our network drive, Excel crashed. This is
what appeared in the event log. Any suggestions?

Maybe she tried to save it to such a path that the combination of path
and filename exceeded the 254 character limit?
