When I try to access Excel, I get the message that "Microsoft Office Excel
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." The error report contains the following:

This happens evey time I try to access Excel. The only way that I access
Excel is in Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, I uncheck all add-ins however all
addins are re-marked when I exit and re-enter Excel (safe mode as well since
I am unable to access Excel in normal mode).
I have also tried repairing Excel / Office & have tried re-installing Excel
over the top of the existing installation. However, I have not tried to
completely uninstall and then re-install.
Please advise - this is quite frustrating!
