Excel 2007 - EventType officelifeboathang

Recently upgraded users from Office 2003 to Office 2007 and some of our Excel
"powerusers" are getting the following Application Event log errors when
trying to print from Excel, the app then hangs. Online queries indicate other
Office 2007 Excel and Outlook users are getting similar errors, yet MS has no
answers at any of their support sites including MS Office 2007, TechNet or
anywhere in Microsoft. Only possible workaround found was at
http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/30850467/officelifeboathang.aspx

Is there anything else?
