"Everyone" Group - default permissions?

Running WinXP Pro SP1 with Simple File Sharing disabled. What should be the
default "Permissions" when I enable sharing on a NTFS folder? I read that
it is the "Everyone" group set at Full Control. Is this correct?

Mine shows the "Everyone" group, but the access is limited to "Read" only.
Could this be due to having disabled a Service?

Just found the answer in KB article 328065:

SP1 changed the default permission to "Read" only.

I didn't know that. Thanks for pointing it out!
