every time I open My Computer or click on a link in Explorer

Every time I open My Computer or click on a link in
Explorer I Microsoft Installer runs. It opens the
microsoft money 2003 installer. I have checked for
viruses and other issues through spybot, but this keeps
happening. HELP!!!
 
Look for a file wininit.ini and if found rename it with .old extension.
Reboot if all is well you can remove it as it should have been done when you
installed money 2003.
When you install new software and are asked to reboot a the end of the
process do so.
