Money installer launches when I click to open a hyperlink.

For the past few days, every time I want to open a
hyperlink or a new window in IE6, a window opens stating
that I have initiated the installer routine for Microsoft
Money 2003. I don't use MS Money, although it came
bundled with my computer. Clicking cancel stops the
installation routine and (after a pause) the window or
hyperlink I wanted to open opens. Still I'd like to stop
this Money installation launch. Any suggestions?
