Event viewer error...

From time to time explorer needs to shut down, there is a forgotten sli
configuration... and this error shows up in the event viewer. Any
suggestions?

I can't see that you ever replied to this post!

Your problem is not run of the mill. It is difficult to pinpoint where the
problem starts. You are also into technology with which I am not
familiar.

Did you try disabling RAID in the BIOS? With what effect?

Looking again at the error reports suggests there are hints of a problem
with a CD / DVD drive. How many CD / DVD drives do you have?

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties. Hardware,
Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Are you using your computer for video viewing / editing?
