Event Log Error

On my Win XP Pro system I see an Event Log entry that points to
TelnetServer, the entry reads:

WSAGetLastError() returned error: An address incompatible with the
requested protocol was used.

How do fix this problem?

Hi,
check whether the Telnet Service and Terminal service have stopped
working or not.Open Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
scroll down to those mentioned above.
