Event ID 7011

I've been getting the following message in the event
viewer:

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction
response from the VxSvc service.
Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7011

Have tried defragmenting the exchange database using the
following article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;192185

Still getting the error message. Any thoughts on what to
do or possibly which category I should be posting in?
