Event ID: 7026 and 7011

Over the weekend no one could access the DC remotely.
Upon arrival this morning we notice that it was completely
frozen (would not process anything). Can anyone tell me
how to correct these messages in my Event Viewer "System
Log" and why they occurred:

Event ID 7026 Error:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed
to load: halfinchVRTS

Event ID 7011:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction
response from the BackupExecAgentBrowser service.
