80070005 means access denied. If it's happening every 30 seconds or so, you
may be experiencing problems with a Blaster variant. Have you applied
MS03-039 patches (for RPC vulnerabilities)?.

processing. HRESULT was 80070005 from line 42 of .\eventsystemobj.cpp.
