Event Id 20187 Authentication Error RAS to windows 2000 Server

Hi,

I have many users (differnt Win version 95-2000) dialing
up to Win 2000.

At various times we recieve the following message in the
log and users can not connect. Any suggestions.

Event ID: 20187

Description:
The user Dunkirk\XuserX failed an authentication attempt
due to the following reason: The current configuration
only supports local user accounts.
