VPN Authentication Problem

I have a VPN setup that has been working for many months. Suddenly
yesterday it stopped allowing connections. Clients receive 691 errors
and the server error message is listed below.

Event Source: RemoteAccess
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20049
Date: 2/23/2004
Time: 10:50:21 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GVSBS
Description:
The user connected to port VPN3-127 has been
disconnected because the authentication process
did not complete within the required amount of time.

I am at a loss. I am using SBS (win 2k default setup)

I ran "netsh ras set tr * en" and the only logs with any data are
there is no data in the iassam and rastls log files.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Go to the microsoft knowledgebase and search for "619
error". There are some suggestions there.
