RAS Authentication issues

From client VPN computer, I keep getting Error 619 The
specified port is not connected.

and From the server:

event id 20049 The user connected to port VPN3-4 has been
disconnected as the authentication does not complete with
the required amount of time.

The VPN server is behind the PIX firewall.

IT used work without any problem. I am not sure any of the
patch updates have would have caused this problem.

Any feedback on this issue would be appreciated.

I get the exact same issue. I don't know what happened at
all, one day VPN just stopped working.

Have you resolved this issue yet?
