error in RAS autentication

From client VPN computer, I keep getting Error 619 The
specified port is not connected.

and From the server:

event id 20049 The user connected to port VPN3-4 has been
disconnected as the authentication does not complete with
the required amount of time.


Sometimes clients can login but it takes a long time to
register computer on the network. Please help.

Firewall is a sonicwall soho2
