I have contacted the manufacturer. I am waiting for a response from them. I
hope that someone can help me solve this problem.

Almost always, an error like that is caused by a corrupt sound driver. There
are a long list of sound drivers in your Device Manager. I would do a
refresh on all of them.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the device, Action menu,
"Uninstall", then Action menu,"scan for hardware changes", to find the
device drivers again automatically.
