I have a client, just took over their IT support. They needed two new users
created. I created them. These two new users can log in using all
workstations BUT one, and one of the users needs to log on from this specific
machine. The error returned and listed in the event view sais userenv cannot
load the profile. Reason given, not enough disk space?
The workstation in question has 1GB of free space on the primary drive and
8GB of free space on the second drive. The server has more than sufficient
space; additionally since they log in from three other stations I have to
assume the server is not the culprit.
I upped the registry file size allocation in performance settings from 55mb
to has high as 250mb, with no change in results. Additionally, the registry
is only using 23mb of storage. So I don't think this is the culprit either.
Any other suggestions? There's nothing in tech net that I can find on this,
nor anything on support.microsoft.com.
