I am getting this error on a couple of client PC's whenever they try to browse a shared folder on a local server

Event ID: 1000 Source: Userenv User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Windows cannot access the registry information at \\FQDN\Sysvol\FQDN\Policies\{FEXXXXXXXXXXX}\Machine\registry.pol with (53)

When I try nslookup on the client, the server's ip address is getting resolved

Pls suggest...
