Userenv - 1000

I am receiving an error on a Win2k Professional
workstations. Cannot access the shared directories on the
server on the network.

Source:Userenv
Event ID: 1000
Windows cannot access the registry info at
\\<server>\sysvol\<domain>\policies\{31B2F340-016D-
11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9} \machine\registry.pol with {1351}.

I have verified the permissions on the sysvol directory
and all users have full access.

What's the problem?
