Can you honestly say that you have never, ever, made
a copy of any type?
Did you ever copy an article in a
magazine or a recipe or a song for your own use? Or did
you go out and buy a new issue of the magizine, cookbook
or CD?

No. I never have. But, then again, I have never had reason to. Prior to
XP. I never had a reason to to install one copy of an Os on more then one
comuter. But, I probably would have if I had two or more machines.
I am an honest person. However, I have no problem copying
an article, song, whatever, for my own use. I am not using
these copies for profit. I am not giving away the copies.
Until the copy police come to my house and arrest me, I
will continue to do so.

Any thoughts?

In the case of WinXP. I agree with many people, including Kurtail, that
I should be premitted to install XP on any machine I own. But, That
doesn't not make it legal.

Some may consider this un-ethical or amoral of me. Too bad. My Ethics
only concern whther or not someone is harmed by my actions. And, since I
would not buy a second copy regardless, Ms is not harmed if I use one CD
on two or more computers. they are not losing any monies that they would
not have received anyway. I don't give copies to my familes or friends,
and never have.

I have a few programs that I have received from a family memebr that
has bought them. He has passed away and left them to me as I'm the only
one in the family that would use them. I do not have all the
documentation nor the all the keys. Because we were not able to find
them. I have no problem with going online and getting a Key Gen or some
other crack to use this software. They are legally mine, though not by
most License agreements.

If you changed your mind, you are required to remove the software.

What state does the poster you are replying to live in? Don't know, do
you? Then how could you possibly know what the unknown-state law
requires?

I know why, it's because you are an idiot. :-p

Oh, and don't bother saying that it's in the EULA, because that
particular term would be rescinded along with the rest of it. LOL!

"Trustworthy Computing" is only another example of an Oxymoron!
"Produkt-Aktivierung macht frei!"

here we go
another self justification case

how the hell do you know if you would buy another copy if needed or not
say for example the tech didnt exist for you to copy it to other pcs you own
you would then have to buy other copies from MS to run on your other pcs
And MS would quite rightly generate income from those sales.

you like most other twats self justify your stealing
just admit that you are stealing
why pretend and make these pointless and frankly stupid arguements
defending your stealing
