Errors constantly!

in my service contol evnent viewer i get 3 messages upon boot. the first
states Creative Service for CDrom access service failed system cannot find
file specified event id 7000.
The second is Pfcaci service failed system cannot find path specifed
and the third is Dipwmdkacass service failed filename or directory or volume
label syntax is incorrect.
I have an sound blaster live card in this dual amd 1600 machine with 1 gig
rame 450 power supply intel giga nic matrox g450 agp and rtx100 matrox
editing video card. xp pro sp2 and all the extras. computer constantly
crahses and wont turn off. even if running just windows over night it will
freeze althugh not constant. I cant find anythign on these above variable
anyone help?

spyware scan...virus scan...something is causing these services to start or
stop. find out what that is. you can also try

to determine what is loading at startup and what is wrong...
