event viewer have thes two error
7026-boot starter system-start drivers failed to load ssi
7000-symantec core lc service failed to start due to system cannot find file
specifified
7000- the nec pci to usb enhanced host controller failed to to start due to
following error
the service cannot be started because it is disabled or has no enabled
device associated with it
event7- the device\device\cdrom1,has a bad block
event51- an error was detected on device\cdrom1 during paging
have no idea what any of this means
could someone please help me and not refer me to a web site

Your CD is unreadable or your CD drive is marginal.
About the other errors: Have a look at the thread with
the Subject line "computer hangs on start up code 7000",
posted here only two hours ago. You should always check
for similar posts ***before*** creating a new one.

don't understand what i am reading my system does not hang and don't
understand what you want met to do
