Hi

I have checked the threads but seen nothing to assist me, so I guess it
might be a new problem.

Over the past 2 days every time I load any page I get a yellow error
triangle in the bottom let of the browser saying the page has a fault and
may not display properly. I have tried several sites and it does it on them
all so it is a problem with explorer I have tried looking in settings
advanced to disable it but cannot.

I have Win Xp Pro with SP 2 I cannot see it in add remove to try and repair
it has not loaded in there I removed IE from Windows components and even
though it has removed it still load up on my machine??

My current version is 6..0.2900.2180 xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158.

Anybody help me the only thing I have done in the past few days it download
Netscape 7.2 but I believe this has different Registry and location
settings.

Please help

Cheers Dale

Read some other posts. SP2 has messed with everyone's IE. Uninstall SP2.

No with everyone's IE. The nature of this newsgroup is that you will hear
only about those who have problems of one sort or another. I installed SP2
a couple week's back and have NO problems.

Didn't I say to read some other posts? That means in this newsgroup. The
fact is that many people (probably over 90% here) have browser related
problems when they have gone to SP2.

It's foolish to upgrade to such a huge update when it's bound to have a lot
of bugs, and SP2 has a ton of them. Look at the list on Microsoft's site
about apps and programs that won't work with it. Rather than try to solve
the problems with it, it's easier to uninstall it and wait until all the
darn bugs are fixed.
