error with windows exeplorer

Hi,

I am getting error when i am trying to open windows
explorer, right click on my computer or on start button or
on my network place.. it display this error :
" explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. you will need to restart the program. "
in event viewer i found this information :
source: DrWatson
Event ID: 4097
If i use command explorer.exe but it still gives me a same
error...


anybody can help me for this error !!!!

Is the user account a local administrator? Does this work
if you log on using a different user credentials?
