Error with msjetdb40.dll

I try and install an aplication and every time i do so it will error out
saying that msjetdb40.dll failed. If I try and unregester it, it will still
fail on the un registration.

A Google search showed no reference to that file, so it's either a file
specific to that one program only, or you typed the name incorrectly.
If the file is used only with that program, try another download of
install of the game; that download may have been corrupted.

If the file was never registered, or does not need to be registered,
that could cause an error message when you attempt to unregister it.
Have you tried to register it?

You sure on that dll name?
Its very similar to a MDAC file name (MS data access component)
