Error with C:\config.msi

Mayaguez

I can't install any programs. I get the following
message: "Error 1926. Could not set file security for
file C:\Config.Msi\ Error 5. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to modify the security permissions
for this file."
Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
It seems that you have not enough privileges to install
any packets. Try to login as an Administrator or an ID
that has these privileges...
