error windows,sick of them

i am having problems with my explorer. i am only on it
for a few minutes aand a window keeps popping up telling
me that internet explorer has found a problem and it has
to shut down. the window asked me to send it or close,and
when i do either my explorer shuts down,what is wrong and
what can i do to fix it
