error when trying to listen to internet radio

Does anyone know how to cure this problem? It occurs when
trying to connect to Internet radio.

ccpm_exe Module has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

it would help to know what media player yer using. maybe
just reinstall it.

Sorry. This error occurs when attempting to get the audio
from radio stations that say you can listen live. I
suppose it is streming audio. I have re-installed IE, but
with the same results.

Coincedentally neither Media Player 9 or Real Player 10
will connect to the internet at all.
