I am receiving the following error when I am trying to open a pdf file
on an Internet site I deal with.

The error is:

Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi Lynda,
What version of Acrobat you are runing?, try to uninstall and reinstall your
Adobe Acrobat reader and if it old version try to upgrade to higher one.

Not a problem with Adobe Reader as I can open other pdf ifles no
problem. Only the one from the Internet site gives me the error.
