Error when trying the remote assistance

Hi All, Please help?? When I go to use remote assistance everything id fine until I click on "invite someone to help you". When I click on that I get the following message. YOUR CURRENT SYSTEM SETTINGS PREVENT YOU FROM SENDING AN INVITATION. Please help me I know it is probably a setting somewhere on the PC that has to be turned on but I don't know were to go. Please help me. Thanks in advance John.

Resolution that fixed this for me

1. Right click on "My Computer" and select Properties
2. Click on the Remote Tab
3. check the Box "Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be send from
this computer"
4. Apply, OK
