Error when opening file

when I open file *.xls in my document
occur error windows like this:
EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module EXCEL.EXE at 0177:30426205
Registers:
....... ..... ...
Butes at CS:EIP:
...... .... ....
Stack Dump:
...... .... ...

If I click Close button , Excel Program automatically close

I re-installed Excel already but this error remain.
Help me .

Is this when you open any file in the My Documents folder, or a specific
file?
