Error: "User has not been granted requested login type"

I upgraded this PC from XP Home to XP Pro. worked fine
before, now when I try to access the computer from
anywhere else on the network, I receive the following
error: "Logon failure: User has not been granted
requested login type at this computer"
Internal firewalls are turned off; all users have all
permissions. How do you fix this error?

Greetings Steve,

Go to Administrative Tools and open the Local Security Policy. Expand 'User
Rights Permission' in the left pane and Double click on "Deny access to this
computer from the network." Is there anyone in there besides Support and
Guests?

Also in the Local Security Policy, double-click "Access this computer from
the network." What users are allowed to access the computer?
