Error too many recipients

When I use Outlook groups some or all of the recipients are returned with
error too many recipients.

You should check with the folks that run your mail server and ask how many
recipients do they allow per message as the number varies per ISP.

That's a restriction of your e-mail provider in that they have a maximum
number of recipients per message quota. Contact them to find out what are
their anti-spam quotas.
