error pop up at start up

I had a virus and cleared it off (quarantined) but now when i start windows i
get this message OKgOOfu4.dll cannot be found . it is in a rdll window.
does anyone know what this file is?? or how I can rid this pop up?

That's one of the virus files. Apparently there is still a startup
entry. Use the System Configuration Utility to remove the entry:

Go to Start>Run and type (without quotes) "msconfig" [enter]. This
brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and
OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do
you'll get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box
that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Start>Run>msconfig>ok
Click the Startup tab and find that dll there.Uncheck the box agaist
that.Click ok/apply.Restart.
