error on startup

I too am having issues all of a sudden with Outlook 2003. I don't have
McAfee but do have AVG. I tryed disabling my plugin and that didn't solve
anything. I tryed running in safe mode but that too failed at startup. I
tryed the repair option and that didn't help. I then tryed to reinstall
outlook and that too failed. Short of a tatical nuke inside the case....any
suggestions? It has been running just fine for the last 7-8 months.
 
what exactly are the problems?
