Error on starting up

When starting the computer an error message comes up.
The error is the following:
Liteinst.exe APP ver:6.1.4.45
Mod.Ver: 6.1.1.12 Offset 0001oe38
I tried to install Windows Installer but I think that was not needed.

Thank you for your answer but - I already tried that too - but installing
updates did not solve the problem either.
